"I’ve stayed at this hotel three times over the past couple of months and, by coincidence, had the same room each time. While the room itself appeared very clean, spotless bedding and carpets, there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, possibly the sink. Opening the window helped at first, but the smell returned by morning. The floor around the bed has also become quite squeaky, which must be frustrating for anyone in the next room or directly below. Despite these issues, I still like this hotel. With a bit of minor maintenance and attention to detail, it could easily become a great option for business stays."

"Rooms are decent but could do with a little updating. Service was good a quick easy check-in. The restaurant was also good with some tasty dishes."

"Was looking for something different on the Indian menu. A very charismatic waite,Sof, suggested I try the Lamb Handi and if I did not like it he would bring me another dish. I didn't like it I loved it. Outstanding food and service with Banter. Well worth a visit."

"Amazing little gem. Didn't know it was here even though I been living in grangemouth for a couple of years. The place was pristine. Super clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The waiter was amazing, polite and checking in on us without being intrusive. The Food was out of this world. Half of our party order from the European menu and the other half from the Indian one. Both of them were superb. The Indian bit felt super authentic and the spices tasted spot on. The burger and Mac and cheese hit the spot and more. Overall an amazing experience and I really really recommend. I got one, will definitely be coming again and making it a spot for every time I feel like going out for dinner. The staff was Amazing and super friendly."

"We recieved a very warm welcome from all the staff, great location with delicious food. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Can't fault a single thing everything including the room rate was very reasonably priced. Also very accomadating when you are travelling with 2 large dogs, would highly recommend Oxgang."

"A great place to stay if you have a morning flight, and a car, from Edinburgh Airport. My room with a private bathroom was really comfy and roomy. They stop serving food at 7:30, so I was a little late for dinner. I easily ordered food from JustEat, grabbed a pint and a set of cutlery from the pub and enjoyed an evening on their patio. Would definitely stay here again. Note: No toiletries are provided, except a small bottle of body wash. Pack your own shampoo, etc..."

"We were here tonight in the swaran restaurant for dinner for my fiance's birthday . I have to say the food was absolutely devine it tasted delicious. The full staff were absolutely brilliant with us nothing was too much and they even sang happy birthday twice which was a lovely gesture . Such a fantastic atmosphere very friendly cannot recommend here enough . Thankyou to every staff member for making it a memorable night ."
